I think, therefore, I write — to paraphrase a classic quote. I do think not every thought needs to be thought, not every word needs to be said or written. It’s just that sometimes you have to do each of those things, or your mind goes nuclear, and that’s not a good thing. For you.

I write about what matters to me. Every so often it has value, sometimes it doesn’t. I consider it to be a sort of therapy — going through the shit I have in my brain and dumping it all out in a journaling-like method.
